Harry Balfour Junior High Band Trip 50/50

  1. 1. Tickets

    Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Alberta.

    Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

  2. 2. 50/50

    ALBERTA GAMING, LIQUOR AND CANNABIS COMMISSION #773771

    1 for $10.00; 300 tickets
    5 for $25.00; 1600 tickets
    25 for $100.00; 2250 tickets

    The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

    Maximum 50/50 payout will be $10,000.00.

  3. 3. Important Dates & Draw Information

    Deadline
    Final ticket sales deadline: April 15, 2026 at 5:00:00 p.m. MDT

    Draw
    50/50 draw: April 15, 2026 at 6:00:00 p.m. MDT

    If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

    Draw will be held at Harry Balfour School 714017 Range Road 53 #2, County of Grande Prairie No. 1, AB, T8X 4G4

    The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

    All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

    Winners will be posted online at https://hbpa.rafflenexus.com/winners on April 15, 2026.

  4. 4. Winner

    Winner will be contacted by phone by the Harry Balfour Participarent Association.

    Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

    No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Harry Balfour Participarent Association or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

  5. 5. Privacy

    Harry Balfour Participarent Association does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

  6. 6. Complaints

    Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: hbparticiparent@gmail.com. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

  7. 7. Other

    Please email our team at hbparticiparent@gmail.com should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.

Cause

This May, Harry Balfour Grade 7 and 8 band students are heading to Red Deer for the Alberta Band Association Annual Festival. This exciting trip gives students the chance to perform at Red Deer College, receive professional feedback, and grow alongside other ensembles from across the province.

Proceeds from this 50/50 raffle will help reduce costs for students and their families, making it possible for every musician to take part in this incredible experience.
